As friends for 16 years, we have experienced so much together, including both unexpectedly becoming caretakers to our moms over a decade ago. For both of us, it was a learning curve to learn to stay true to ourselves, while we take care of our moms, our family and our businesses.
We both dove into our practices and studies even deeper to discover our own answers to finding balance even when life was pulling us in many directions. Over the years, well-being became the cornerstone of our lives and our teachings.

Frequently Asked Questions
Question: Meditation never works for me, my mind won’t stop moving. Will my mind ever be silent?
This is very common and there is nothing wrong. Meditation is not about making the mind stop. It’s more so about allowing the mind to move, but not being continually moved by each thought that appears. It takes time, that is why it’s called practice. We will be sharing many lessons and meditation techniques to help you work through.
Question: Will meditation cause my mind to move so slow that I am not as creative as I am?
John Lennon meditated and he was still creative! Meditation can help you be more focused, more organized and more efficient.
Question: I am not able to sit still for meditation? What can I do?
We understand, we have journeyed through this as well. Without getting too much into the science, essentially, when our body relaxes, our mind relaxes.
For you, maybe exert some energy out before you practice, maybe do a few stretches, exercise, do some yard work or just go for a walk before practice.
Also, it’s okay if you adjust your seat as you meditate. We will be going over all of this in the first module. Know that there are many meditation techniques some more active than others. There is even a walking meditation!
In this course, we will be exploring many techniques and you will hopefully find ones that work for you. We will have live Q&As and we will be happy to support you through the journey!
Question: What if I am not able to attend the live Saturday class?
That’s okay, we understand life changes. We got you covered! You will be able to view the recording. We do prefer you watch over the weekend to stay in sync.
